Pavel Pragin - CEO/CTO
With over 14 years of Systems Engineering and Management experience, Pavel is an innovator in the fields of Cloud Computing, high availability, scalability, security and application development. As founding partner, Pavel supports all client facing Cloud Computing integration and Application Development projects and is the acting CTO of ClearScale. As Senior Solution Architect of RightScale professional services, Pavel was responsible for numerous enterprise level Cloud Computing implementations for very high profile customers. Earlier Pavel was a Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering at SolutionSet, a leading interactive agency in San Francisco, where he lead a client facing Systems Engineering practice. Pavel not only has a long track record in working with cutting edge technology, but also has extensive business experience to understand and meet customers’ business requirements.
Nila Ruslen - CFO
Nila Ruslen is the Chief Financial Officer for ClearScale. Under the direction of the CEO, she is responsible for all financial planning, reporting, and treasury functions. Nila comes to ClearScale with 20 years experience in a variety of industries, including health care, retail, and scientific research. Nila holds a Doctorate and B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
Alex Altabaev - Director of Development
Alex Altabaev is Director of application development in the North European Region. He comes to ClearScale with 10 years of application development, architecture design and management experience. Alex holds a Masters Degree in mathematics from the Cherkasy State Technological University. Alex leads all ClearScale development teams in the North European Region.
Harut Muradyan - Director of Development
Harut Muradyan has more than 6 years of experience in various fields of software development including mobile, enterprise web, and desktop applications. Harut has lead multiple international teams and has vast experience in overcoming time zone differences and communication barriers. Harut holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from State Engineering University of Armenia. He leads all development teams in the South European Region.
Ara Sadoyan - Director of Systems Engineering
Ara Sadoyan has more than 10 years of experience in various fields of systems engineering and architecture design. He has vast knowledge in scalability and high availability engineering, while specializing in Hadoop and Cloud Computing technologies. Ara holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Yerevan State University. He leads all systems engineering teams in the South European Region.
